Quad Capital was formed in 2007 by former traders and partners previously employed by both Spear, Leeds & Kellogg and Goldman Sachs. Since then, we have thrived in a variety of markets and market conditions including periods of extreme volatility and global distress. The founding partners have worked together for over a decade and have carefully positioned the firm for thoughtful and sustainable growth by selectively advancing a strategic agenda of strategy diversification and trader development. To support Quad Capital's growth plans we are moving our New York City headquarters to a state of the art location across two floors in downtown Manhattan that is over four times our current size. We anticipate moving by Q2 2012. Additionally we are expanding our Florida office to a brand new LEED Platinum office building in Boca Raton Q1 2012.
