We offer a two year paid training program where recent college graduates will learn to trade various products and employ diverse trading styles through direct interaction with senior traders and founders. The program provides for desk rotation as well as formal academic training, trade simulation and guest speakers. The curriculum will cover foundational topics in fundamental and technical analysis, corporate finance and economics as well as supporting topics in psychology and decision science. We invest extensively in education and training because our goal is to develop the next generation that will trade the firm’s capital. Quad selectively takes on college juniors during the summer before their senior year to expose them to the basics of trading, technology and our philosophy. The core of the program consists of a central project the intern must complete during the Summer, and also includes educational instruction, as well as social and team-building activities. We provide access to a fitness facility as part of the experience as well. Successful candidates may be offered full-time positions upon graduation the following year.
