We express our market views by trading a variety of products including equities, currencies, commodities, and derivatives and by employing a variety of strategies from long/short and arbitrage to macro and event driven in over 20 markets globally. We exclusively trade partners’ capital and dynamically allocate that capital to our traders based upon their track record and experience in balancing the capital intensity against the expected risk reward profile of their trades. Traders are grouped by either product or strategy and work together collaboratively sharing ideas, insight and critical judgments. Traders share directly in the profits they generate and are not affected by the performance of others. We constantly seek ways to align the interests of our traders and the Firm and provide several paths to becoming a partner. All traders are required to be licensed with the Series 7
